1. After the full-automatic CNC punch equipment is shipped to the user through the manufacturer, the user should check whether the accessories and vulnerable parts are complete according to the packing list after unpacking, and at the same time, the mechanical punch should be placed in a dry place for three to four days to remove the moisture in the motor and electrical equipment. If necessary, the external measurement should be used to check whether the electrical insulation is outstanding and reliable.

2. Pour the foundation according to the foundation drawing (note: it can be provided by the manufacturer in advance). After the foundation solidifies, place the punch firmly on it. Check the levelness of the punch table with a level gauge. The deviation in the length of every 100mm shall not be greater than 0.3mm.

3. After the full automatic hydraulic punch is leveled, install the anchor bolts, pour concrete (one part of cement is divided into three parts of sand and gravel) into the square hole, and start after the concrete is completely solidified.

4. After the completion of the CNC punching machine, clean the rust proof grease on the surface of the punching machine with kerosene, pay attention not to damage the paint surface during cleaning, and clean all oil holes, oil passages and oil cups at the same time. Do not use metal objects or abrasive cloth during cleaning. Finally, check whether the grounding wire is well connected.
